Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Activities Coordinator to join our Front Office Team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our owners and guests, ensuring that their vacation experience is nothing short of exceptional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling and booking guests into Resort Activities
- Ensure that activities are well set up before time and all required resources are available as per the activities programme
- Facilitate activity programs as scheduled by supervisor or manager
- Other tasks as assigned by Activities Supervisor
Requirements:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our owners and guests
- Familiar with resort cleaning and standards
- Eye for detail, accurate and thorough cleaning skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to address a crowd
- Efficient & effective way of cleaning within time frame allocated
- Possess productive, energetic & self-motivated attributes
- Ability to work within a flexible roster
- Neat professional appearance
