Our mission is to leverage investment as a force for positive change, driving impactful outcomes across a range of social and environmental issues. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our impact investment team in a key role that will play a pivotal part in achieving our goals.

We take on persistent challenges with the potential to drive massive change, incubating ideas and accelerating impact through strategic partnerships and investments. As an Impact Investing Associate, you will work closely with our teams to identify opportunities that align with our philanthropic activities and evaluate investment prospects against rigorous criteria.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with our teams to identify ways we can enhance the impact outcomes of our philanthropic activities
  • Reviewing investment opportunities aligned with our impact goals
  • Evaluating opportunities for investment attractiveness against impact, financial and strategic criteria
  • Conducting thorough due diligence in partnership with our Initiative teams, legal/tax and external partners/co-investors

You will have strong commercial acumen and investment experience, evidenced by experience in a top-tier investment bank or private equity/venture capital firm. You will also be a driven, self-starter with a passion for impact, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
