Program Management Specialist Opportunity

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly organized and experienced professional to support the planning, execution, and governance of large-scale strategic projects.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program coordination within transformation projects, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex workstreams and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Program Management Office (PMO)
  • Support the planning, execution, and governance of programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivery of expected outcomes
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment

Requirements:

  • 10 years' experience working within a project management discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project coordination, preferably within a consulting or corporate environment
  • Certification in Project Management is a plus
  • Proven experience in a PMO role within large, complex or multi-year programs including demonstrated leadership in driving program success through effective coordination and governance
