We are looking for a Governance Manager to join our Sydney-based team in a permanent, full-time capacity.

About the Role

  • Lead Line 2 governance activities, guaranteeing the protection of sensitive data and information assets.
  • Develop and embed policies and processes for data management, aligning with Australian Privacy Principles.
  • Implement the data governance strategy, focusing on data quality improvement and protection.
  • Identify business opportunities leveraging information assets for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage the Capital Partnerships Governance Committee.

Requirements

  • ASX listed, REIT and property industry experience preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in major services organisations with large-scale data, records or project management.
  • Knowledge of data and privacy regulatory requirements and emerging trends.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing governance practices and frameworks.
  • Subject matter expert with change management skills.
