Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate nursing professional to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver high standards of personalised care to our residents, demonstrate professional practice, and provide supervision and direction to Endorsed Enrolled nurses and Personal Care Assistants.
About the Role:
- You must be a current AHPRA registered Registered Nurse with relevant qualification and experience.
- You should have experience assessing Aged Care Residents and formulating Care Plans.
- You need to have an understanding and working knowledge of Commonwealth, State and / or Territory legislation and nursing practices.
- You should be able to communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, employees and volunteers.
- You must have Interpersonal skills, patience, common sense and a strong ethos of client service.
- You need to be self-motivated and flexible, with a strong ability to work without supervision.
- You should be proficient in utilising information technology, with well-developed computer skills including MS Office.
- You need to have a First Aid and CPR Certificate and an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
