  • Coordination with contractors and suppliers to ensure high standards of quality
  • Collaboration with the residential site team to ensure shared success
  • Maintenance of safety compliance and regular site safety assessments

This includes key resort amenities such as a country club, summer house, and entry statement—the hallmark communal features that set these resorts apart.

You'll lead a team including a Foreman, Leading Hand, Plant Operators, and Labourers, managing a well-sequenced build from start to finish.
