The role of the Client Implementation Manager involves delivering high-impact campaigns and initiatives that drive client success, revenue growth, and partnership renewal across a suite of brands.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage campaign execution, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with client objectives.
- Contribute to state-based revenue targets by leading exceptional campaign outcomes that meet client needs and drive business expansion.
- Develop and implement strategies for client retention and growth, leveraging best-in-market project management tools and processes for efficient campaign delivery.
- Identify and share key trends and insights across client campaigns and categories, as well as optimize processes and best practices within relevant teams.
Key responsibilities include managing product budgets, invoices, and ensuring profitability, creating a high-performance environment, and developing category-aligned case studies for market purposes.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in sales, media, product, or integration teams within media, advertising, marketing, events, or publishing industries.
- Strong track record of maintaining stakeholder relationships and driving successful campaign outcomes.
- Comprehensive understanding of creative, content, and output types across multiple platforms.
- Ability to analyze problems and find solutions that address or resolve issues effectively.
- Sound knowledge of advertising, integrated marketing, content, and data principles.
