
Client Success Strategist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and advice to our clients.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Managed Services and the needs of small to mid-tier clients.
The successful candidate will work directly with our technical experts, ensuring robust technical support when needed.
This role is perfect for someone who is an experienced Technical Account Manager, senior Project Management professional in MSP, or a strong Engineer who enjoys customer interaction.
The ideal candidate will join a team of highly specialized consultants and technical experts, with substantial experience working with clients ranging from fewer than 50 to 500 seats.
Proven experience delivering outstanding support and advice within an MSP, MSSP, or similar IT service provider is essential.
A passion for helping people understand and utilize technology to improve their business, proactively anticipating customer needs, is also required.
