Our ideal candidate will be driven to excel in their career, have high attention to detail, and possess a passion for real estate. With a minimum of 12 months experience in the industry, you will be able to assist our Senior management with senior administrative tasks, prepare offer documentation, and determine associated pre-conditions. You will also work closely with our team to requisition quotes for project works, administer leasing contracts, and prepare legal instructions for external solicitors.

We offer a competitive salary of $100,000 - $110,000 + superannuation, along with opportunities for progression if desired. Our financially secure environment provides a stable platform for your career development.

In this role, you will be responsible for general sales and PM administrative tasks, preparing offer documentation, and determining associated pre-conditions where applicable. You will also be required to hold a Queensland real estate certificate and demonstrate an enthusiastic and friendly personality.
