Architectural Expertise Wanted

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic environment. As a key team member, you'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative design solutions.
  • Lead project teams through all phases, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.
  • Prepare technical drawings and documentation.
  • Work closely with contractors and stakeholders to ensure efficient project construction.
  • Manage client relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Participate in business development activities, including networking and marketing services.

Required Qualifications:

  • Registered Architect or experienced Graduate of Architecture (minimum 8 years' experience).
  • Proficient in REVIT or ArchiCAD documentation.
  • Experience in commercial architecture is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage and deliver projects across all phases.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • Understanding of local standards and regulations.
  • A White Card is desirable.
  • Be honest and display integrity.
  • Possess a car and driver's license.
