Senior Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Rockhampton, Central Queensland. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing project teams through all project phases, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local BCA standards and regulations, as well as experience in commercial architecture. You will also possess excellent communication and client management skills, and be able to manage and deliver projects across all phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative, sustainable design solutions.
  • Lead and manage project teams through all project phases.
  • Prepare and produce technical drawings and documentation.
  • Work closely with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project construction.
  • Manage and maintain client relationships.
  • Participate in business development activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registered Architect or experienced Graduate of Architecture (minimum 8 years' experience in Australia).
  • Proficient in REVIT or ArchiCAD documentation.
  • Experience in commercial architecture is highly desirable.
  • A White Card is desirable.
  • Be honest and display integrity.
  • Possess a car and drivers licence.
