
Architect Opportunity in Regional Queensland

We are seeking an Architect to join our team in Rockhampton, Central Queensland. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to work on a diverse range of projects and enjoy a better quality of life.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage and deliver projects across all phases. They will be proficient in REVIT or ArchiCAD documentation and have experience in commercial architecture.
About the Role- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative, sustainable design solutions.
- Lead and manage project teams through all project phases, ensuring deadlines and budget requirements are met.
- Prepare and produce technical drawings and documentation.
- Work closely with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project construction.
- Manage and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional service and support.
- Registered Architect or experienced Graduate of Architecture (minimum 8 years' experience in Australia).
- Proficient in REVIT or ArchiCAD documentation.
- Experience in commercial architecture is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage and deliver projects across all phases.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Understanding of local BCA, standards and regulations.
- A White Card is desirable.
- Possess a car and drivers licence.
