Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This role plays a crucial part in matching valued clients with prospective candidates, focusing on the client's needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business owners to understand their objectives and challenges.
  • Contribute to the design of senior leadership roles and organisational charts.

Requirements:
  • Commercial acumen and passion for people management.
  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail and a focus on clarity.
  • Ability to engage in transparent conversations.
  • Technical confidence with Google Suite and experience with Zoho is an asset.
  • Project coordination and structured delivery experience.
  • Practical understanding of team performance, culture fit, and HR alignment.
  • Client-centric approach prioritising business growth over filling positions.
