Key Responsibilities- Menu Development: Create new and innovative menu dishes that showcase our culinary expertise.
- Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure exceptional food quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and exceptional customer experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a busy restaurant or hotel environment.
- Education: Diploma or degree in culinary arts or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent cooking skills, strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Competitive Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
