Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and creating value through long-term, profitable relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Building relationships – meeting with customers daily to identify business opportunities and creating value through long-term, profitable relationships.
  2. Time and Territory Management (TTM) – creating a daily schedule that includes visits to job sites and client offices to optimize sales potential by zone territory.
  3. Be a Hilti Champion – carrying technical knowledge to present high-level customer consultations and representing the Hilti brand in the marketplace.
  4. Tracking your progress – utilizing Salesforce to record interactions and sales activities, as reporting is a key part of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification (highly desirable).
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Eagerness to learn, motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Hands-on attitude – demonstrating tools, using platforms like Salesforce, and collaborating across departments.
  • Time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Valid full Australian driver's license – company car provided.
  • Engineering qualification or construction industry experience (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Candidates on 485 Temporary Graduate Visas will also be considered.
