About the Role

As a Store Manager, you will lead by example, inspiring your team to achieve success and drive business growth. Your key responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, driving sales and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective leadership and teamwork.
  • Sales and Performance Management: Monitor and drive performance metrics to meet business objectives.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Inventory and Visual Merchandising: Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and visual display.
  • Store Operations: Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and cash handling.
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to operational guidelines, including security and health and safety measures.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market competition to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to drive business growth and achieve objectives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of previous retail experience, preferably in a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • A keen interest in retail and staying up to date with the latest fashion trends.
  • Motivation to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
