About the Role

  • The ideal candidate will respond clearly and helpfully to ride-related questions, ensuring our guests have an enjoyable experience.
  • Screen guests for ride safety, including height, weight, and rider combinations, to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Support safe and smooth ride operations, dispatch, and unload, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Manage express lines to ensure a quality experience for our guests, prioritizing their needs and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Positive interactions with guests to ensure they receive quality service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Tactful dealing with guests who do not meet ride restrictions, providing clear explanations and alternatives whenever possible.
  • Provide a safe and fun environment for guests, adhering to all policies and procedures.
  • Operate various attractions throughout the park in a safe manner, following all necessary protocols and guidelines.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism while enforcing all relevant policies.
