Children's Party Host Job Description

We are seeking a Children's Party Host to join our team of entertainment professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for hosting NERF battles at the park and primary schools on Saturdays and during school holidays.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Hosting NERF battles at designated locations;
  • Ensuring a fun and safe experience for children;
  • Managing event logistics, including equipment setup and teardown;
  • Providing excellent customer service to parents and children.

Requirements:

  • Current Working with Children Check;
  • A valid driver's license;
  • A registered vehicle;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Physical fitness to participate in active events.

Benefits:

This is a casual opportunity that offers:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $29.40;
  • A vehicle allowance of 91 cents per kilometre travelled with equipment;
  • Superannuation benefits.

Schedule:

The ideal candidate will be available to work:

  • Afternoon shifts;
  • Morning shifts;
  • Weekends.
