The Opportunity

Fitness consultants play an essential role in building a thriving membership base. They are the first point of contact for prospective members and inspire them to begin their wellness journey with us.

This varied role has two clear goals - achieving sales growth through proactive activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to sales growth using promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality leads through community outreach, referrals, and new business opportunities
  • Achieve lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create positive member journeys via personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Be actively involved in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regularly engage with new and existing members to keep them engaged
About You
  • Hold current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Have a current valid Working with Children Check
  • Be able to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles
  • Excellent communication skills, able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
  • Strong drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
  • Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
