About Us
JingCraft is opening its first showroom in Malvern (Unley Road) this September, specialising in premium North American walnut furniture. Our collection blends oriental aesthetics with modern minimalism, creating timeless living spaces.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant who is passionate about interiors and eager to grow into a managerial role as our business develops. This role will be central to delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting our showroom's success.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets

Support and coach part-time team members in daily operations

Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth running of the showroom

Oversee stock management, including receiving, organising, and monitoring inventory

Requirements

Proven furniture or homewares sales experience (other lifestyle retail experience considered)

Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills

Interest in stepping into a leadership role over time

Unrestricted working rights in Australia

Passion for design, interiors, or premium lifestyle brands is highly regarded
