Expect to work retail hours, including regular weekends (both Saturday and Sundays) on a rotating roster and public holidays where required.For the right candidate there's an opportunity to move into a management role.
At Snooze, you'll be:Building relationships with customers in order to provide expert sleep solutionsCollaborating with your team in the day-to-day store operations – you will be merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor, delivering an awesome customer experienceYou already come with the following:A proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI'sPrevious retail experience within a furniture or big ticket retail environment will be highly regarded, but not essentialConfidence with people, products, and the sales processExceptional selling skills and the ability to build repeat businessCompetency in computer and literacy skillsThe ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
