This role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through Ecommerce and digital channels. This role has proven success in business management and marketing of Ecommerce sites, planning of and implementing of paid media strategy, digital agency management, execution of performance KPIs, and ensures close alignment between campaigns, creative, CRM, and product launches across our global markets focused on sharing stories that that drives desired growth and inspires people.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has proven experience in website & ecommerce management and achieved growth, SEO, paid media, and social strategy.
  • Has strong stakeholder communication and vendor management skills.
  • Has a data-driven mindset with a passion for optimising digital performance towards targeted growth.
  • Can manage multiple digital initiatives in a dynamic environment

You will be working in our Global Marketing & Ecommerce team, reporting to Head of Marketing. This role is focused on our global Kooringal and Wollumbin brands.

Your New Responsibilities:

  • Update Ecommerce site with latest marketing, campaigns and content to drive engagement and growth.
  • Brief and collaborate on content for high Ecommerce performance and thoughtful brand building.
  • Develop and manage global paid media strategy across Meta, Google, FB, Tiktok and Pinterest.
  • Own performance budgets, KPIs (ROAS, CAC, COS), and pacing across channels and regions.
  • Oversee the performance marketing content strategy and calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brands directions.
  • Plan, execute and optimise full-funnel media campaigns to generate awareness, capture lead acquisition and improve conversion online and in store.
  • Act as our primary contact for digital agency and partners. Lead campaign briefing, media planning, and reviews.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling, engaging content and high converting landing pages. Oversee testing cadence for ad creative, landing pages, and audience segments.
  • Collaborate with Ecommerce, CRM, and brand teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign timing.
  • Set up and manage internal Ecommerce and Performance marketing dashboards. Work with performance team to actionable insights and reports.
  • Identify our best growth levers in emerging markets and new channels addressing both fast and long term brand growth

About You:

  • You have 8+ years of experience in performance and digital marketing preferably in Ecommerce or lifestyle product brands.
  • You have 3+ years of managing partnering agencies and media budgets.
  • You balance a creative and analytical mindset. Strong ability to translate insights into strategic direction and clear creative brief writing and stakeholder management.
  • You have 3+ years experience and comfort in delivering performance analytics. Examples Meta ads, Attribution, GA4.
  • You are comfortable working with GA4, Meta Ads, TikTok, Google Ads, Looker Studio.
  • You are naturally organised and motivated by progress, efficiency, and clear outcomes.
  • You have a passion for people, nature, travel and exploration.
  • Industry experience in apparel or lifestyle product brands is welcomed but not essential.
