Support Solutions Expert

We are seeking an innovative and experienced professional to join our team as a Support Solutions Expert.

  • This is a full-time role within a growing industry and organisation.

In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction in mind.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and working with stakeholders to improve user adoption.
  • Providing strong product knowledge and at least 3+ years of administration experience.
