The Strategic Communications Expert plays a pivotal role in crafting and executing cross-channel campaigns to deliver personalized experiences at scale. This involves technical development, quality assurance, data validation, issue remediation, and content management within our digital asset ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of customer communications management solutions across multiple channels.
  • Create email layouts and templates with advanced components within our proprietary platform.
  • Design, deliver, and execute campaigns that prioritize scalability and efficiency.
  • Develop, test, and deploy sophisticated templates and workflows for tailored customer communications.
  • Support end-to-end integration testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting CCM issues.

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of our proprietary suite of products.
  • Good understanding of our APIs.
  • Experience with preparing XML data schemas and mapping to business data objects.
  • Authoring business templates per business requirements.
  • Developing and documenting form designs and specifications.
  • Demonstrated experience with DAM systems and understanding of metadata and taxonomy.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
