About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a Travel Manager, you will be responsible for managing the travel requirements and presenting travel solutions for large market corporations.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years corporate or leisure travel consulting experience, along with strong international fare skills and expertise in complex itineraries. You will be responsible for making professional and accurate business travel arrangements for corporate accounts, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations.

You will also be responsible for following company procedures, account guidelines, and customer service standards in the area of making travel arrangements, ticketing, Phase IVs, ticket exchanges/changes, CRS/GDS productivity. GDS proficiency in Sabre is highly regarded.

We are looking for a team player who can work collaboratively with other agents to complete all functions related to servicing the client. You will also be responsible for maintaining favourable working relationships with accounts and all of their employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage travel requirements and present travel solutions for large market corporations
  • Make professional and accurate business travel arrangements for corporate accounts
  • Follow company procedures, account guidelines, and customer service standards
  • Assist in making travel arrangements, ticketing, Phase IVs, ticket exchanges/changes, CRS/GDS productivity
  • Maintain favourable working relationships with accounts and all of their employees

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Travel Manager who can join our team in Melbourne. You will have a minimum of 2 years corporate or leisure travel consulting experience, along with strong international fare skills and expertise in complex itineraries.

You will be a 'people person' with networking and relationship-building skills, and be able to work within a multi-disciplinary team. You will also have excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
