Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage travel requirements and present travel solutions for corporate clients
  • Assist in making professional and accurate business travel arrangements, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations
  • Follow company procedures, account guidelines, and customer service standards in the area of making travel arrangements, ticketing, Phase IVs, ticket exchanges/changes, and CRS/GDS productivity
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and their employees
  • Provide solutions to travel-related problems clients may have experienced with arrangements
  • Have a high level of attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Expertise in fares and complex itineraries

About You:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate or leisure travel consulting
  • International experience and strong international fare skills
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
  • Tertiary education is highly regarded
  • Great business acumen and ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
