Senior Payroll Consultant

  • $75-80ph + Super | Initial 2-3 Month Remediation Project
  • Macquarie Park NSW 2113 (Free Parking onsite & walking from Train station)
  • Interpret Awards to identify and correct payroll discrepancies using iChris.

In-between your next project? Remediation experience, strong award interpretation and payroll reconciliation experience required

  • Be part of a strong project team, working closely with Payroll, Finance and HR stakeholders to deliver results

THE ROLE

  • Review and correct payroll errors related to entitlements under various Awards
  • Perform superannuation recalculations in line with legislation
  • Prepare and submit updated data to the ATO
  • Validate and analyse data using Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time delivery
  • Contribute to best-practice payroll reconciliation methods

THE PERSON

  • Strong background in interpreting Awards
  • Experience in payroll remediation or reconciliation projects
  • Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail
  • Chris21/iChris experience is desirable not essential
  • Available for immediate start and able to commit for minimum 4 weeks
  • Strong communicator and team player with a proactive mindset
