About the Role

This is a high-profile product management position that requires a seasoned professional to lead and manage product initiatives from ideation through to launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the product's strategic direction, market positioning, and overall business impact.
  • Conduct thorough product discovery to identify and prioritize initiatives that deliver the highest customer value.
  • Develop and validate product initiatives that add value and solve real problems for customers through continuous product discovery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, marketing, sales, professional services, and support to ensure successful product launches.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on success measures that align with your product vision and the overarching business objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive experience in business planning, ensuring alignment of product initiatives with company goals.
  • A deep understanding of how the product drives business outcomes and a commitment to ensuring its success by aligning cross-functional teams, prioritizing customer needs, and achieving key business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coach more junior members of the product team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
