What you'll do

  • Lead, coach and inspire a high performing team
  • Own end-to-end product development across all SKUs
  • Build trusted client and supplier partnerships and deliver on time, on spec
  • Collaborate across Sales, Design, Supplier Growth, and Supply Chain to drive seamless execution

About You

Commercially sharp and customer-focused. Skilled at setting direction when the path is unclear and designing systems that scale. Creating the conditions for teams to perform at their best—lifting delivery, driving performance, and achieving results.
