We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Service Provider to join our team in delivering high-quality services to clients with complex needs.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing individual and family support, developing and implementing case plans to achieve optimal outcomes, maintaining accurate records and reports, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

This role requires working within an extended hours service model, including weekends and after-hours shifts. The key responsibilities include:

  • Providing culturally sensitive and effective support to clients;
  • Developing and implementing tailored case plans to meet client needs;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports;
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery;

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in social work practice, particularly in remote or rural settings;
  • Strong understanding of cultural safety principles and their application in practice;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community stakeholders;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse contexts;
  • Highly developed problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations;
