Senior Quality Manager

This is a key role that oversees and ensures the overall quality of products or services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, with experience in implementing and maintaining quality systems, conducting audits, and managing supply chains.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote a culture of quality within the organization by developing and implementing effective quality policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor and improve quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to senior management to enhance quality performance.
- Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on quality best practices.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure that quality control processes are in place and adhered to.
- Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or related field.
- 5-10 years experience in QA or QC, preferably in a leadership role.
- ISO certification highly preferred.
- Auditing experience required.
- Proficiency in HPLC and GC highly preferred.
