Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA team and shape the quality of our products. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing QA strategies, frameworks, and processes that ensure high-quality delivery.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned leader to own quality across complex platforms from financial systems through to modern client portals. You will guide a talented team of engineers and embed QA into every part of delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement QA strategies, frameworks, and processes that align with business objectives.
- Lead a team of QA engineers and provide guidance on best practices and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of QA activities into the delivery pipeline.
- Maintain and improve the overall quality of our products and services.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a QA leadership role, preferably in a finance or banking industry.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and driving process improvements.
- Strong technical skills, including automation expertise and CI/CD environment knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
