Senior Quality Assurance Manager

This is a senior role in quality assurance, responsible for managing quality systems and leading quality events.
The job requires owning and maintaining quality processes, mentoring team members, and training the organization on quality systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish, develop, implement, maintain, and improve quality system processes and programs.
- Lead quality events such as deviations, nonconformances, change management, CAPA, and complaint handling.
- Mentor quality team members and provide guidance on quality systems.
- Train the organization on quality systems and facilitate meetings.
- University degree in science, nursing, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience in quality with a minimum of 4 years' experience in QA in the pharmaceutical or medical device industries.
- Comprehensive understanding of GMP, TGA requirements, and GAPA principles.
- Experience in internal auditing and certification in Master Control or similar eQMS is desirable.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and critical analytical skills are essential for this role.
