Senior Quality Assurance Manager

The Senior Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of test delivery with vendors and internal teams to ensure that across projects, key performance indicators remain within scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and manage comprehensive test plans, cases, and supporting data in line with project specifications.
- Analyze and report on test activities and results, escalating critical issues and risks to senior management.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and projects, including tool development, workflow changes, and test automation.
- Identify, document, and manage defects and operational characteristics inconsistent with stated requirements and design specifications.
- Oversee testing for multiple projects and collaborate with stakeholders for effective and timely implementation.
- Experience leading quality assurance activities on large complex programs, preferably in federal government environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in quality assurance strategy, planning, execution, and reporting.
- Strong collaboration skills with business stakeholders and vendors.
- Able to manage multiple projects, risks, and dependencies.
- Proven experience in managing quality assurance activities.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Able to work in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is beneficial.
