As a key player in the marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering content and customer-centric events across the APAC region. Your primary focus will be on owning and managing all marketing activities for a portfolio of corporate summits and bespoke events.">Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage event setup and data maintenance in platforms such as Salesforce & EventsAir
  • Analyze past events to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage company website and event listings to ensure brand consistency
  • E nsure adherence to brand guidelines and promote the company's image
  • Create and manage promotional materials, including graphics and event communications
  • Plan and manage advertising budgets and report on campaign progress
  • Maintain relationships with external partners, including media outlets, endorsers, and associations
  • Monitor and optimize core KPIs to drive campaign success
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role
  • Relevant degree or at least 5 years of work experience in a Marketing-based field
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain a strong work ethic
  • Familiarity with EventsAir, Canva, and Salesforce is an advantage
