The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at ZA ZA TA, one of our flagship restaurants. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of service and quality, and driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage preparation.
  • Service Standards: Maintain high standards of service, including prompt and attentive service, accurate orders, and a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, including menu engineering, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Customer Feedback: Monitor and respond to customer feedback, including resolving complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Food and Beverage General Manager, kitchen staff, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.
