About the Position:

We are seeking a Security Site Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of one of our sites in Fortitude Valley.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the control room, rovers, patrol officers, and contractor liaison, and will lead a small team of security officers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client, Customer, and Tenant Liaison
  • Ensuring compliance through managing quality systems
  • Leading and Coordinating a Medium to Large Size Team
  • Managing SOPs
  • Service and Delivery Assurance (auditing and reporting requirements)
Rostered Hours:

41 hours per week + allowances

Wednesday: 03:45 - 13:15

Thursday: 03:45 - 13:15

Friday: 03:45 - 15:45

Saturday: 06:00 - 18:00

Requirements:
  • Prior experience leading a small to medium security team
  • Control Room Accreditation preferred but not essential
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • A strong customer service focus
  • Cert IV in Security Risk Management or equivalent tertiary will be highly regarded
  • Good internal & external stakeholder management skills will be required to liaise with tenant, property manager/owner, VICPOL, etc.
  • Must have the ability to work on their own and as part of a team
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure
