Our team is looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Operator to join our Sydney Metro Maintenance Project. In this role, you will be responsible for handling materials, daily cycle counting, reporting anomalies and more.

The successful candidate will have experience working within a warehouse and knowledge of ERP systems. Forklift driving experience is also highly desirable. A basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and 5S would be an advantage.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working as part of a team to ensure smooth operations within the warehouse
  • Following all safety and environmental procedures and participating in regular safety checks and meetings
  • Communicating with Warehouse Management to advise on any safety or maintenance issues
  • Using relevant ERP systems to manage transactions and system flows accurately
  • Ensuring the preservation of materials and completing processes in a timely manner
  • Daily cycle counting with compliance to inventory counting rules and procedure
  • Detecting, treating and reporting anomalies to their manager
