We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our Australian menswear designer team in Melbourne.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, providing expert styling advice, and delivering luxury service in our stores.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a passion for styling and fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality
  • An understanding of how to generate repeat business through providing luxury service
  • The ability to learn and develop in a changing environment
  • Self-motivated and passionate about reaching and exceeding KPI's and targets
  • An innovative thinker that is willing to receive feedback and always try new things
