Clerical Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clerical Manager to lead our clerical teams across multiple sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, and ensuring high standards of patient care and service delivery.

About the Role:
  • Oversee clerical operations across multiple sites
  • Lead, guide, and support clerical staff
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, radiologists, referrers, and patients
  • Delve monthly performance reports
  • Organise regular education and training sessions
  • Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards
Requirements:
  • A strong people leader with a collaborative style
  • 5+ years' experience in radiology or healthcare management
  • Proven ability to manage busy teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
