We now have an exciting opportunity for a Clerical Manager to join our Imaging Queensland team, based at Central Queensland Radiology, Rockhampton.

About The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll lead clerical teams across our Central Queensland Radiology sites (Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Gladstone, Emerald, and Biloela).

You'll ensure smooth and efficient operations while maintaining high standards of patient care, staff support, and service delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring flexibility, regional travel, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day clerical operations across multiple sites

Lead, guide, and support clerical staff

Build strong relationships with colleagues, radiologists, referrers, hospital management, and patients

Deliver monthly performance reports to the Operations Manager

Organise regular education and training sessions for clerical teams

Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and codes of conduct

Contribute to achieving Imaging Queensland's strategic goals

About You
  • A strong people leader with a collaborative, supportive style
  • 5+ years' experience in radiology or healthcare management
  • Proven ability to manage busy teams across multiple sites
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
