About The Role
We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our welcoming and dynamic front desk team. Based at our QTV House private clinic and Hillcrest Hospital, you'll be the first point of contact for patients attending a full range of diagnostic imaging services - from X-ray to Ultrasound to MRI.
This is a Monday to Friday role, rostered between 6:30am and 6:00pm working a 9-day fortnight - enjoy no weekends and a healthy work-life balance.

What Your Day Will Look Like
- Greeting patients and providing a positive, helpful first impression
- Managing bookings, billing, and payments (Medicare, health funds, EFTPOS)
- Liaising with referrers and doctors for appointment coordination and result delivery
- Attending staff meetings and participating in training and development
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety and company policies
About You
- Experience in healthcare reception (Medical Imaging, Dental, Allied Health or similar) highly regarded
- Friendly, professional, and confident communicator - both in person and over the phone
- Knowledge of medical terminology and practice management systems an advantage
- A team player with high integrity and a proactive mindset
- Well presented with a passion for excellent patient care
