Job Overview:
We are seeking a Clerical Operations Director to lead and inspire a high-performing clerical team.
About the Role:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with policies, safety standards, and codes of conduct.
- Deliver monthly performance reports to key stakeholders.
About You:
- A strong people leader with a collaborative style, able to manage busy teams effectively.
- 5+ years' experience in radiology or healthcare management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to drive business growth through efficient operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups.
