  • Work directly with participants to set and achieve their goals.
  • Link clients with disability and mainstream services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, reports, and progress notes.
Requirements

The successful applicant will possess:

  • High emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong admin, documentation, and time management skills.
  • A qualification in disability, community services or relevant lived/professional experience.
