Main Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of showroom sales associates, fostering a positive and motivating work environment to drive team performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed showroom targets, maintaining a thorough understanding of our product range and staying updated on new arrivals and trends.
  • Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets and KPIs, assisting customers with expert product information and recommendations, and developing relationships to drive repeat business.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior sales role with team management responsibilities, preferably within the bathware or home improvement industry.
  • Bathware experience is essential.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly, excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
