Lead Showroom Sales and Customer Service in Parramatta

We are a leading supplier of high-quality bathware, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and innovative solutions. Our showrooms offer a wide range of premium bathware products designed to enhance the beauty and functionality of any bathroom.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and team management, with a keen eye for design. You will be responsible for overseeing showroom operations, driving sales, managing a team of sales associates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of showroom sales associates to achieve sales targets.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • Foster a positive and motivating work environment to drive team performance.
  • Sales and Customer Service:
    • Assist customers in the showroom, providing expert product information and recommendations to drive sales.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
    • Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range and stay updated on new arrivals and trends.
    • Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers.
  • Operational and Administrative Duties:
    • Manage customer inquiries and orders through phone calls and emails.
    • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior sales role with team management responsibilities, preferably within the bathware or home improvement industry.
  • Bathware experience is essential.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work 5 days a week, including 1 day every weekend.
Benefits:
  • $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus commissions.
