This role involves driving new customer acquisitions and increasing Funds Under Management by providing whole of business finance solutions.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, real estate agents, accountants and other business bank lending affiliates.

Your goal will be to achieve new to bank acquisition including cold calling, effectively manage overall sales & revenue performance measured by Business Lending FUM drawn and other cross-sell opportunities, and ensure smooth onboarding of new to bank customers.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to solve complex problems and drive outstanding customer experience and outcomes measured through Net Promotor Score improvement.

This role requires a strong understanding of business banking and financial services, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
