We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Engagement Lead to join our team at Babcock International Group. As a key member of our Talent and Experience team, you will play a critical role in co-designing our sourcing strategy and EVP for our new joint venture. You will be responsible for market mapping niche talent and building and engaging talent pools to mobilize a brand new workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sourcing plan to attract top talent
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- Build and maintain relationships with key talent pools and networks
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices
- Contribute to the development of our EVP and employer brand
