About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead, implement and evaluate regulatory compliance across operational, training and assessment activities for programs. The role involves promoting high-quality service delivery and fostering a culture of excellence within our national services.

The successful candidate will have flexibility to work from home and in the office, with a competitive salary and tax-free salary packaging options available.

Key Responsibilities
  • To manage day-to-day operations for our RTO to ensure consistency with ASQA requirements, quality standards and organisational goals
  • To review and improve the effectiveness of RTO activities, programs and service delivery on an ongoing basis
  • To conduct regular audits in line with ASQA regulations and funding body requirements
  • To provide expert advice and technical support for all training matters
  • To develop and deliver effective training materials
  • To identify and report any risks associated with learning and development programs
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a role where regulatory compliance was a key responsibility
  • Demonstrated experience in program planning and project management
  • Awareness of Mental Health issues and their impact on individuals and communities
  • Strong time-management, influencing and project support skills
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or a Diploma in Auditing would be highly regarded
