Job Overview

A key role oversees the strategic direction and delivery of applications and platforms across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-performing team involved in application and platform development, maintenance, and support.
  • Configure and maintain software applications used across the business, ensuring they meet technical and user requirements.
  • Develop and implement best practices and methodologies for working with platforms, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Possess a strong understanding of development cycles, technical system design, and configuration, providing expert guidance to the team.
  • Identify and implement solutions to improve the user experience on the platform, enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and ensure the platform aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives, making adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff, as well as external vendors, fostering strong relationships and collaborations.
  • Lead and manage projects related to platform development, upgrades, and enhancements, delivering results-driven outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and management of the platform's roadmap, including future initiatives and enhancements.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners involved in the platform, negotiating agreements and managing expectations.
  • Prioritize tasks based on business needs and impact, focusing on high-priority deliverables and maximizing ROI.
